Welcome to the WHCO Activities Committee!
West Hawaii Central Office is currently seeking an Activities Committee Chair. If you are motivated and love to get the AA community involved in fun and fellowship activities, then this could be you!
Activities Committee Chair: (minimum of 1 year sobriety required)
The basic duties and qualifications of the Steering Committee Officers are as follows:
• Responsible for coordinating and arranging all WHCO activities, printed materials, and special functions after approval of these functions by WHCO Steering Committee.
• Selects and secures the venues.
• Obtains any required license(s)/permit(s)/key(s) for all WHCO functions. Returns keys.
• The Chair or Alternate also attends all monthly WHCO Business and Steering Committee Meetings to present a report.
